Richard Mack, former Sheriff of Graham County Arizona gained national acclaim in 1994 when he filed suit against the Clinton Administration challenging the Constitutionality of the Brady bill. On June 24th, 1997, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the Brady Bill was in fact unconstitutional and that the Federal Government could not commandeer state or county officers for federal bidding.
Sheriff Mack has made it his life mission to now educate law enforcement officers as well as American citizens the meaning of being a Constitutional Law Enforcement Officer. He now heads up the national office of Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Associations (CSPOA).
The Constitution Party of Florida and I will be bringing Sheriff Mack to Florida in October, 2011. In 2012 all 67 Florida County Sheriffs are up for re-election. It is critical that the voters of Florida get educated on the importance of electing true Constitutional Sheriffs before the 2012 elections. In the face of continual encroachment of federal tyranny, the county Sheriffs truly are “America’s Last Hope!
